Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 15(1) and 21(1) of the Islands (Scotland) Act 20181 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 15(4) of that Act the Scottish Ministers have consulted with each local authority listed in the schedule of the Act2.
In accordance with section 29(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
