Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12(3) of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 20201 and section 9(3) of the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No. 2) Act 20202, and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 12(6) of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 and section 9(6) of the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No. 2) Act 2020 the Scottish Ministers have laid before the Scottish Parliament a statement of reasons as to why this instrument should be made.

In accordance with section 12(5) of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 and section 9(5) of the Coronavirus (Scotland) (No. 2) Act 2020, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
