Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) and (3)(c) of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 19841 and paragraph 7(2) of schedule 4 and paragraph 21 of schedule 7 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20182 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with paragraph 1(6) of schedule 7 of the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018 (as applied by paragraph 12(3) of that schedule of that Act), a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
