These Regulations may be cited as the Consumer Scotland Act 2020 (Relevant Public Authorities) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 1 April 2024.
Specification of public authorities who have a duty to have regard to consumer interests2

The persons specified in the schedule are relevant public authorities for the purposes of section 21(2) of the Consumer Scotland Act 2020.

The persons specified in the schedule are specified in relation to the exercise of all of their functions.
