The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 21(2) of the Consumer Scotland Act 20201 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 21(4) and (5) of the Consumer Scotland Act 2020 they have consulted with such persons as appear to them to be appropriate, including the persons specified in the schedule of these Regulations.

In accordance with section 26(2)(b) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
