2. In the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, in schedule 5 (improvement of public functions: listed bodies)(1), under the heading “Scottish public authorities with mixed functions or no reserved functions”, after the entry relating to any National Park authority insert—
“National Smart Ticketing Advisory Board”
Schedule 5 has been amended but none of the amendments are relevant to this Order.
