The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 439(6) and 441(9) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 20021 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 459(6)(b) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
