The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 53(1) of the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 20061 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order a draft of which has, in accordance with section 53(3)(a) of that Act, been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament:
