The Quality Meat Scotland Order 2008

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 87, 88, 89, 90, 961 and 97, paragraphs 5 to 11 of Schedule 8 to and Schedules 9 and 10 to the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 20062 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 97(5) of that Act they have consulted with such organisations as appear to them to be representative of interests substantially affected by this Order.
In accordance with section 97(8) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
