4.—(1) Part AI of Chapter 36 (special procedure for actions for, or arising from, personal injuries)(1) of the Ordinary Cause Rules is amended in accordance with the following subparagraph.
(2) In rule 36.G1(1A)(b) (allocation of diets and timetables) for “executing” substitute “serving”.
