Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 104(1) and paragraphs 1(2)(a), 4 and 13 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 20101.

In accordance with section 104(2) of that Act2, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
