Amendment of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010

2.  In Part 3 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010 (public authorities: relevant Scottish authorities)(1) after the entry “The Water Industry Commission for Scotland” insert—

“Other bodies and offices added on 5th March 2012

• Children’s Hearings Scotland.

• The National Convener of Children’s Hearings Scotland.”.
