2. In Part 3 of Schedule 19 to the Equality Act 2010 (public authorities: relevant Scottish authorities)(1), at the end insert—
“Other bodies added on 1st April 2015
Historic Environment Scotland(2).
An integration joint board established by order under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014(3).
A regional board (within the meaning of section 35(1) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005(4)).”
Part 3 of Schedule 19 was last amended by S.S.I. 2012/55.
Historic Environment Scotland is established by section 1 of the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014 (asp 19).
