1. The Tenant Information Pack, comprising part of the standard tenancy documents issued in terms of section 30A of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988(1), and in the form specified in the schedule of the Tenant Information Packs (Assured Tenancies) (Scotland) Order 2013(2) is amended as follows.
Section 30A was inserted by section 33 of the Private Rented Housing (Scotland) Act 2011 (asp 14).
