Commencement of Part 1 of the Equality Act 20102

The following provisions of Part 1 (socio-economic inequalities) of the Equality Act 20102 come into force on 1st April 2018—
a
in section 1 (public sector duty regarding socio-economic inequalities), subsections (1) to (3) and (6);
b
section 2 (power to amend section 1), so far as it confers a power on the Scottish Ministers; and
c
section 3 (enforcement).
