3.—(1) The Climate Change (Duties of Public Bodies: Reporting Requirements) (Scotland) Order 2015(1) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In schedule 1 (listed bodies), at the end insert—
“The Scottish National Investment Bank p.l.c.”.
