Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 4(4) and 10(1), 10A(1) and paragraph 6 of schedule 3 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 19741, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 10(2) of that Act2, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
