The Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2023 No. 183 (C. 19)

3.   [F1 30 June 2024] is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—

(a) section 3 (requirement to lay proposed plan before the parliament),

(b) section 7 (reporting),

(c) section 8 (review and revision of plan).
