This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the International Organisations Act 19681 (“the 1968 Act”) and all other powers enabling His Majesty to do so.
In accordance with section 10(1) of the 1968 Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament2.
Accordingly, His Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows.
