Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(3)(b) of the Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) (Scotland) Act 20221 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 7(5) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
In accordance with section 7(6) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have laid before the Scottish Parliament a statement of reasons as to why this instrument should be made.
