The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(5) of the Heat Networks (Scotland) Act 20211 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 99(2) of the Heat Networks (Scotland) Act 2021, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by the Scottish Parliament.
