The Environmental Regulation (Enforcement Measures) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2023

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 20(1), 23(1), 27(1), and 58(1) of the Regulatory Reform (Scotland) Act 20141 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 58(3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
