This Order may be cited as the Social Security Up-rating (Scotland) Order 2024.

Subject to paragraphs (3) and (4), this Order comes into force on 1 April 20244.

Articles 2, 4, 6, 7 and 8 come into force on 8 April 2024.

Articles 3 and 5 come into force on 11 April 2024.

In this Order “the 1992 Act” means the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19925.
