A casual vacancy among the parochial representatives elected to a PCC must be filled as soon as practicable after the vacancy occurs.

Where the annual meeting is not due to be held within the two months following the occurrence of the vacancy, the vacancy may be filled by the election by the PCC of a person qualified to be elected as a parochial representative.
