The amendments made by Part 2 of that Schedule (subordinate legislation) do not affect the power to make further provision amending or revoking the provision made by any of the amendments.

Schedule 2 (which contains transitional and saving provision) has effect.
I352Repeals and revocations
The provisions specified in Schedule 3 are repealed or revoked to the extent so specified.
