Coming into force

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(3)(a) of the Terrorism Act 20001.

The Secretary of State believes that the organisation to be added to Schedule 2 to that Act by article 2 of this Order is concerned in terrorism.

In accordance with section 123(4)(a) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
