PART 2 U.K. Scotland

Introductory U.K.

12 (1) This Part of this Schedule sets out the powers exercisable by F2 ... Scottish constables F3 ... (referred to in this Part of this Schedule as “relevant officers”) under sections 28N and 28P(3). U.K.

(2) In this Part of this Schedule—

• [F4 “the 2006 Act” means the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006;]

• “items subject to legal privilege” has the same meaning as in Chapter 3 of Part 8 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (see section 412 of that Act);

• “the ship” means the ship in relation to which the powers set out in this Part of this Schedule are exercised.]
