6 S Where by virtue of section 43(8) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1947 a person’s name was disqualified for inclusion in any list referred to in section 43(1) of that Act, that person’s name is disqualified for inclusion in any list referred to in section 29(1), until such time as [F1 the Tribunal direct] to the contrary.
