Part II U.K. Applications Under Sections 6(1) and 8(3)

14 U.K. If an application does not comply with paragraph 12 above or if an applicant fails to comply with a notice under section 9 of this Act requiring the furnishing of information or the production of documents in connection with the application, the [F1 lead enforcement authority] may decline to proceed with the application.
