If an application does not comply with paragraph 12 above or if an applicant fails to comply with a notice under F2 paragraph 14 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requiring the furnishing of information F3... in connection with the application, the F1lead enforcement authority may decline to proceed with the application.
