In section 6 of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977—
a
in subsection (1)(a) for " section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1893 " substitute " section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 ";
b
in subsection (2)(a) for "section 13, 14 or 15 of the 1893 Act" substitute " section 13, 14 or 15 of the 1979 Act ".
