88 U.K. In section 41(8) of the Administration of Justice Act 1970 for “section 64 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1952” substitute “ section 76 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 ” and for “paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to that Act” substitute “ paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to that Act ”.
