11E+W+SIn paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Theatres Act 1968 (fees for licences) for the words “fee as may be prescribed by the Secretary of State by order made by statutory instrument" there shall be substituted the words “ reasonable fee as the authority may determine ”.
