Requirement for licences for sex shops

Subject to the provision of this Schedule, no person shall in any area in which this Schedule is in effect use any premises, vehicle, vessel or stall as a sex shop except under and in accordance with the terms of a licence granted under this Schedule by the F1local authority for the area.
