Sending of notice by post

When a F1local authoritysends by post, for the purposes of paragraph 10(2), 13(9), 14(7) or 15(5), written notice of F1their decision, it shall be treated as having been sent within the time required if it was posted so that in the normal course of post it might be expected to be delivered to the person concerned within that time.
