Interpretation S

8 S In this Schedule—

• [F2 “chief constable” means the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland;]

• [F3 “restraint order” means a restraint order made under Part 3 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002]

• “suspended forfeiture order” shall be construed in accordance with section 21(2) of that Act.]
