73 No right of ownership conferred by finding.
No person who—
a
finds any property appearing to have been lost or abandoned;
b
is the employer of a finder of such property; or
c
owns or occupies the land or premises on which such property is found,
shall by reason only of the finding of that property have any right to claim ownership of it.
