79 Interpretation of Part VI. S

In this Part of this Act—

• [F1 “chief constable” means the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland;]

• “finder” has the meaning given by section 67 of this Act;

• “previous owner” has the meaning given by section 71(2) of this Act.
