79 Interpretation of Part VI.S
In this Part of this Act—
[F1“chief constable” means the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland;]
“finder” has the meaning given by section 67 of this Act;
“previous owner” has the meaning given by section 71(2) of this Act.
