30 U.K. In subsection (3)(c) of section 6 of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973 (breach of requirements of probation order) for the words “19 of the Criminal Justice Act 1948" there shall be substituted the words “17 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982".
