23 U.K.In section 39 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 (settlement etc. made in compliance with a property adjustment order may be avoided on bankruptcy of settlor), for the words from “a settlement of” onwards there shall be substituted the words “a transaction in respect of which an order may be made under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1985 (transactions at an undervalue and preferences)”.
