34In section 19(3)(a) of the [1981 c. 14.] Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 (holder of PSV operator's licence to give notice of bankruptcy etc.), after the word " estate " there shall be inserted the words " or the making of an administration order under Chapter III of Part II of the Insolvency Act 1985 in relation to the holder ".
