F125E Further provision as to removal of name from Register.

Where the Board is satisfied, whether on being so informed by the solicitor concerned or not, that a registered solicitor—
a
has become connected with an unregistered firm; and
b
is no longer connected with a registered firm,
it shall remove his name from the Register.

Subsections (6) to (9) of section 25D of this Act apply in relation to a solicitor whose name is removed from the Register under subsection (1) above as they apply in relation to a solicitor whose name is removed from the Register under subsection (4) of that section.
