229 Power to make different provision for Wales in regulations under the 1944 and 1967 Acts. E+W

(2) In section 4 of the M1 Education Act 1967 (loans for capital expenditure for purposes of colleges of education), after subsection (3) there shall be inserted the following subsection—

“(3A) Regulations under this section may make in relation to Wales provision different from that made in relation to England.”
