In section 26(1) of the Employment Act 1988 (status of trainees)—

after the word “Act” there shall be inserted the words “
, or under section 2(3) of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990,

for the words “that section” there shall be substituted the words “
the said section 2, or as the case may be the said section 2(3),
