9SIn section 3 of the Highlands and Islands Air Services (Scotland) Act 1980 (interpretation), for the definition of “the Highlands and Islands” there shall be substituted the following definition—
“the Highlands and Islands” shall be construed in accordance with section 21(1) of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990. ”.
