SCHEDULE 4 Minor and Consequential Amendments

New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968 (c. 16.)

In the New Towns (Scotland) Act 1968—

a

in section 46(6) (regulations and orders) for the words “36(4)” there shall be substituted the words “ 36E ” ;

b

in section 47(1) (interpretation) there shall be inserted at the appropriate places the following definitions—

  • “transfer order” means an order under section 36D(1) of this Act;

“winding up order” means an order under section 36(1) of this Act;
