[F1In section 9(3)(a) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949 (president of appeal tribunal) for the words “barrister of not less than seven years’ standing or a solicitor of not less than seven years’ standing" there shall be substituted “ person who has a 7 year general qualification, within the meaning of section 71 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990," ”.]
