55 E+W In section 230 (stamp duty)—

(a) in subsection (1) “section 136(2)” is omitted, and

(b) in subsection (3)—

(i) for paragraph (b) there is substituted—

• “ (b) an institution within the higher education sector ”,

  (ii)

  paragraph (c)(ii) is omitted, and

  (iii)

  after paragraph (c) there is inserted—

• “ (ca) an institution within the further education sector ”.
