SCHEDULE 8 E+W+S Consequential amendments

The Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (c. 52) E+W+S

78 E+W+SIn section 254 of the 1992 Act (Certification Officer), after subsection (5) there shall be inserted—

“(5A) Subject to subsection (6), ACAS shall pay to the Certification Officer such sums as he may require for the performance of any of his functions.”.
